This course dives into cases in various jurisdictions wherein attorneys were penalized for incivility. Practitioners will leave this session with a clear understanding of what behavior constitutes incivility, how to engage with misbehaving lawyers, how to recognize our own urges to misbehave, and positive outcomes when civility wins the day.
